Terms & Conditions - Willow & Blossom Essentials Collection

By ordering from our Essentials Collection, you therefore agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Your designs will be created to suit your chosen colour palette and flowers used will be based on seasonal availability, specific flower varieties cannot be specified or requested.

Your wedding flowers will leave us in perfect condition. If you are collecting your flowers from us, they will become your responsibility as soon as they leave the workshop. They will need to be handled with care.  

We require at least 4 weeks notice for orders from the Ready to wear collection. Amendments can be made up to 2 weeks before the wedding. After this date flowers will need to be ordered and no further amendments can be made.

If you need to postpone your wedding for any reason please advise us as soon as possible. We must be notified at least 14 days in advance. We will move your order to a new wedding date.

Cancellations - if you need to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the wedding date will not be refunded.

If there are any issues with your flowers once they have been delivered please notify us within half an hour of delivery. This will give us time to rectify any issues. No refunds will be available after the wedding.
